• 預約開放至諮詢日前一天 23:59。
• 諮詢當日不開放預約。

⭐預約次數

• 每位同學每週最多可預約2場一對一口說諮詢。
   

⭐取消與缺席規定

• 若需取消預約，請於諮詢時段前48小時以上登入預約系統完成取消。諮詢時段48小時內不接受臨時取消。
• 若未出席諮詢，系統將標註為缺席。學生於學期間若累積2次缺席，將無法於該學期再次預約諮詢。
• 雙語教育中心保留最終審核權。

⭐輔導員諮詢時段

• 各輔導員提供諮詢的時段請參照此連結。
• 時間表可能因輔導員行程異動而調整，請依最終預約提醒通知信件為主。

⭐預約確認與提醒

• 預約完成後，請務必確認信箱，確保收到預約成功通知。
• 諮詢日3天前，系統將寄送預約提醒通知信件，包含輔導員資訊與諮詢地點。
• 若您於諮詢日前3日內完成預約，將無預約提醒通知信件，請依「預約成功通知」信件所載資訊前往諮詢地點。
• 若為線上面談，信件將附上面談連結。

⭐諮詢當日注意事項

• 諮詢當日請攜帶 學生證以核對在校身份。
• 如遇颱風等天災，臺北市政府宣布停班停課，當日將不提供諮詢服務，請重新預約。

⭐Booking Window

• Booking for next month opens at 09:00 on the 26th of each month.
• Booking is available until 23:59 the day before the consultation.
• Same-day appointments are not available.

⭐Session Limit

• Each student can book up to 2 consultation sessions per week.

⭐Cancellation and Absence Policy

• To cancel an appointment, please log in to the booking system and cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation. Cancellations within 48 hours of the consultation are not accepted.
• In the event of a no-show, the system will record the session as an absence. Students who accumulate 2 absences during the semester will no longer be able to schedule consultations for the rest of the semester.
• The Center for Bilingual Education reserves the final right of approval.

⭐Consultants’ Schedule

• Please refer to this link for each consultant’s time slots.
• Consultants’ weekly schedules may be subject to minor adjustments. Please check the booking reminder email for the latest updates.

⭐Appointment Confirmation and Reminders

• A confirmation email will be sent automatically upon successful booking. Please check your email for confirmation.
• An Appointment Reminder email containing your consultation details will be sent 3 days prior to your scheduled session.
• Bookings made within 3 days of the consultation date will not receive a separate Appointment Reminder email. Please refer to the Appointment Confirmation email sent immediately after booking for all consultation details.
• For online consultations, the session link will be included in the email.

⭐On the Day of Consultation

• Please bring your student ID to verify your status as an enrolled student.
• In the event of a typhoon or other natural disasters, if the Taipei City Government announces a suspension of classes, consultation services will not be available that day. Please reschedule your appointment.
